This weekend I'm gonna visit the island of "Foods Heaven", the Penang Island.

The last visit was 2 years back, quite missed the foods there. So here I'm gonna strike to Penang to gain abit weight. Heheheh!

I need your guys help to tell me what & where I shouldn't miss for foods and places to visit.

Back to my company Team Building at Golden Palm Tree Resort.

We actually went to the beach for some beach games that we will be formed in few groups and compete each others.

There are coconut hockey that need us to walk a coconut with a hockey stick to a point and return.


There are also blind folded soccer, a person get blind folded and the partner guide him/her to score.

It's just like a GPS navigation. Turn left, turn right, another 45 years you will reach to your destination. WTF!

This game made us wet er......... I meant clothes and hair. We need to fill up empty bottles with cup which poked with alot holes and must place it on our head.

This game is damn exhausted. The bending and running tells me I'm old or lack of exercise.

There were few several games such as hula hoop and big foot soccer.

After the games, we all gathered and take group picha.

See! I purposely wore sharp colour clothes to be spotted easily. Hahahah! I'm an attention seeker. :P

Out of my surprise, my team has actually WON! We were doing very bad actually and lack of a team member.

Probably some miscalculation of the points..... don't care lar, grab the prize 1st. XD

After the tiring sweat hydration we all head to the resort's restaurant chilling and enjoy alot glass of drinks.

Need sugar and liquid to replenish the missing water in our body.

Spotted a cute ambulance. Have you ever seen one of this?


Time past very fast, it's already sunset but Mr. Sun was so shy and hide behind the clouds.


What to do after sunset? Of course dinner lar! Hahhah!

Had a beach BBQ dinner. A lot foods were served.


We met Dhalsim from Street Fighter, he blow and eat fire. lol! Great performance during our dinner session.


After the dinner we all go back to our room for shower, next are free and easy.

Chilling out drinking with colleagues from others branches.

Brought my camera out along and have a long shutter shot of the sky.

2 weeks ago I've went to Gold Coast for my company team building. Can't go to the real Gold Coast, so have it locally lor. :P

This is my 1st time driving my Insight out from the city although it's not a very far journey but the driving is pleasant with it.

A total of 10 cars were used to transport 4x of my colleagues from all over Malaysia including Sabah & Sarawak.

Had a short safety briefing be we start our journey.

Can spot my ride? :P

It only took 1 hours to reach to the resort from Shah Alam.

Received a complimentary drink and it taste like water that used to wash ginger. I think everything there also taste & smell like ginger even there's soap & shampoo.

This is the 1st time I stay in a chalet on top of the sea. The water there not really clean de, don't dare to go to have a swim.



Why it's called Golden Palm Tree?

The chalets are basically built on the sea with the shape of a palm tree.

The concept of this resort is quite similar to Cherating Club Med. The friendly staffs, performances, assorted foods all you can eat till you die & all you can drink alcohol till you drunk and thrown to the sea. lol!

We need to travel to our chalets with buggy because it's freaking far!!!!!!


We have our 1st activity of the team building - Presentation!!!!


After the dry 1st session of presentation, of course makan time lor!

Various foods you choose from and super a lot type of desserts.




After the wonderFULL lunch we head to our respective room.

I will be sharing with 3 other colleagues in one chalet. The chalet is superb nice and it has 2 bed rooms, 2 wash rooms & 1 big shower tab that can fit 2 person......... er......... we are not taking bath together.

The living room that feel like I'm in Bali.


Check out my KING size bed! It's has this something like mosquito net and awesome sea view.

er..... -.-" who is sleeping with me on this bed? #bromance lol!

After settled down we go out for activities.

The name of Osama bin Laden is not a stranger anymore after the incident of 911 in the year 2001 which has took almost 3 thousands innocent's life on this terrorist attack in US.





Before he has become the most wanted man in the world after the attack in World Trade Center, New York, he has actually appeared in the FBI's Ten Most Wanted fugitives list.

To capture the mastermind of this incident, US forces did offered a $25 million bounty for bin Laden.


On 29th April 2011, the US president Barrack Obama has actually signed a "Kill Osama bin Laden Order" and gave a final go ahead for secret operation at 8.20am.

After 10 years of fugitiveness, finally he has brought down and killed during a gun fight in Abbottabad, Pakistan which are the hideout of Osama the Al Qaeda's leader.

US President Barack Obama paused after making a televised statement at the White House on May 1st. Check out the video below;


The people celebrate after the death of Osama bin Laden was announced by the US President Obama on the next day and taken custody of his body.


The photo that spread around on internet are actually fake and no official photo yet to decide of releasing bin Laden's corpse images from the US government.

How do they justify that is the man who was shot to death was really the world's most wanted terrorist?

They did compared the DNA of the person killed at the Abbottabad with the bin Laden's family.


After a decade of successful fugitive, how could Osama been tracked down?

Couldn't really because of Facebook? lol!

A lot opinions and specular around out there whether is there any conspiracy? His body already disposed into the sea as non country willing to accept it. Did he really died? What do you think?

It has been a week I did no updated my blog, sometime felt abit disconnect with blogsphere. How are you guys?

Last Friday I've catched premiere screening of Fast & Furious 5 at KLCC, thanks to Nuffnang & P1 for the invitation.


This sequels has reunion all-stars from every chapter of the explosive franchise built on speed in Fast Five.

Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock was also starred in this, finally he's doing something that he would look serious rather being in er_________ *you fill up the blank* in Nickolodeon and Walt Disney.

Rate 8/10 Packed with great actions and car crashing. The story is a bit exaggerated, how come all the good guys looks bad and the bad guys look like they are doing the right thing?

Last weekend, I've visited Gold Coast which are located at Australia Sepang.

I was there 2 times in a row as the weekend was on company team building and Monday I went there with #SiaoGang take picha & makan2
