Did you guys see Rainbow yesterday around 6.30pm?

It was an odd weather yesterday, one side raining, one side sunny and in the middle appeared a big and colourful rainbow. It has turned my moody drive (traffic jam) to cheer seeing such a magical phenomena. Any of you seen this as the traffic was crawled yesterday?
